Refund Policy
Last updated: 1 September 2026
1. Cancellation before work begins
If you cancel a booking request before a Specialist has confirmed the job or been dispatched, no charge applies and there is nothing to refund.
If you cancel after a Specialist has been dispatched but before work has started, a call-out fee may apply as agreed with that Specialist — this covers their travel time and is not refundable once incurred.
2. Refunds for completed work
Because payment for completed work is made directly to the Specialist, refund requests for completed work are first handled between you and the Specialist. If a resolution can’t be reached directly, contact us and we’ll help mediate.
| Situation | Typical outcome |
|---|---|
| Work not started, cancelled in time | Full refund / no charge |
| Specialist dispatched, then cancelled | Call-out fee may apply, remainder refunded |
| Work completed but defective (within warranty) | Free rework under warranty, not a cash refund — see Warranty Policy |
| Work completed to agreed scope, customer changed their mind | Not eligible for refund |
3. What isn’t refundable
- Labor and materials for work that was completed as agreed, even if you later decide you no longer want it.
- Call-out or diagnostic fees once a Specialist has physically attended and assessed the issue.
- Any amount already used to purchase materials specifically for your job, once purchased.
4. Defective or incomplete work
If work was not completed to the agreed scope, or a defect appears that falls within the workmanship warranty period, you’re entitled to a rework by the Specialist at no additional charge rather than a cash refund, except where a rework isn’t reasonably possible — see our Warranty Policy for full details.
5. How to raise a refund request
Message us on WhatsApp at +60 11-2175 2365 with your name, the job details, and what happened. We’ll help coordinate between you and the Specialist, and step in directly if a fair resolution isn’t reached.
6. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time; the version posted here is always the current one.
